Job Description

Join a global fintech leader as a B2C Collections Specialist, where you’ll engage directly with customers to resolve delinquent accounts, negotiate repayment plans, and promote responsible financial solutions. You’ll manage and update customer account records using CRM systems, ensure full compliance with debt-collection policies, and deliver exceptional customer service that balances empathy with performance.

Shift: Night Shift, Consecutive Off

Salary: PHP 45,000.00 to PHP 52,000.00 + PHP20,000 incentives

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) collections experience, with no more than a 3-month gap in recent employment
  • At least 1 year of remote work experience in previous employment
  • Experience managing 90+ days delinquent accounts in a BPO environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Reliable internet connection and laptop required for the interview; attendance must be confirmed in advance to avoid disqualification
